Roam is a subscription software that empowers creative entrepreneurs by optimizing business operations with tools like Fee Finder and Lookalike Leads. As we approach launch, we’re seeking a Growth Marketer to join us on a short-term, freelance basis to drive growth and user acquisition for our brand.
If you're a hands-on, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments — and you're focused on driving conversions and growth — we want to hear from you.
Growth Strategy – Develop and implement growth tactics to drive organic acquisition and engagement across channels, without relying on paid ads.
Conversion Strategy – Focus on turning leads into active users by optimizing calls to action (CTAs), nurturing email lists, and refining user journeys.
Creative Campaigns – Develop unique campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive meaningful interactions.
Email Marketing – Grow, nurture, and convert email lists into active, engaged users.
User Acquisition – Implement fresh ideas and execute strategies to attract new users to the platform and boost conversions.
You have a track record of being scrappy to get conversions.
You know how to growth, nurture, and convert email lists.
You have fresh ideas (and know how to execute them) on how to attract new users.
You have a growth marketing mindset with experience in driving user acquisition without relying on ads.
You’re proactive, results-driven, and love experimenting with new ideas.
You’re comfortable working independently as the sole person in this role (not looking for a team or agency).
You have experience working with early-stage companies or startups and are comfortable working directly with founders.
This is a paid role for 1–2 months with the potential for longer-term collaboration based on performance. Flexible hours, async-friendly, and direct collaboration with the founders.
