Social Media & Marketing (Intern)

It's the go-to platform for handling the business side of creativity.
Our team is looking for an Social Media intern to initiate and grow our media presence via LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Emailing Campaigns, Blogs & more. As an intern working directly with the 3-female founders, you will see first-hand the what goes into initial stages of a startup.
Key Responsibilities: Take our digital presence to the next level with trending and relevant content. Work with our SEO intern to collaborate and determine what topics to cover.
- Familiarizing themselves with our company’s offering, social media & marketing campaign goals and target market.
- Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for topic e.g. When to use LinkedIn or TikTok.
- Working with our SEO intern to plan types of campaign content to create.
- Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign.
- Creating a social media content calendar.
Bonus points for:
- Motion design skills for video/animated content.
By the end of the internship, interns should complete the following list of activities:
- Understanding of our company’s offering and goals
- Identification of suitable social media channels and strategies
- Ability to ideate and propose various creative directions
- Identification of metrics to monitor the campaign’s success
- Creation of a social media content calendar to organize the campaign
Interns will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- Our current products and social media marketing
- Our customer and industry insights
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
- Our experience in creative marketing (ex-Meta employees)
This is an unpaid position suitable for a post-secondary student currently in school, or a recent grad.
